SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All domestic orders are shipped with a local courier. A flat rate of R120 is added to all domestic orders. PUDO parcel service is also available.

All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days upon confirmation of payment of your order.

Orders will not be shipped on weekends or public holidays.​

​

Customers are requested to include their contact telephone number with orders for the courier.

​

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number and the website tracking link. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

​

All international orders are shipped from South Africa with DHL, prices are according to weight.

​

Fully tracked and secure, your order will be with you between 3-5 working days. Weekends, ie Saturdays and Sundays as well as public holidays, are not working days. 

​

Before the final checkout page, the customer will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. Customs duties and taxes will be extra and borne by the customer upon delivery.

The chargeable weight shall be the higher of :

 

The actual weight rounded off to the next higher half kg as per courier shipping rules​.

Outsider Collection is not responsible for any extra customs and / or taxes that are applied to your order which is dependent upon the State/Constituency to which the shipment must be delivered. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

A shipment shall be considered to be undeliverable if

- The recipient's address cannot be located
- The recipient fails or refuses to accept delivery or sign for delivery of any shipment.

From time to time there may be information on the site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Packaging material accounts for close to 30% of all the waste in the landfill. We would encourage every customer to reuse and recycle all the packaging material.

​

In case the customer wants to change the delivery address after the product has been dispatched, the delivery cost will be borne by the customer.

Contact within: 3 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

WE DONT ACCEPT EXCHANGES

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, shipped in the same format as it was sent to the buyer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
